Wearing it or not, it didn't matter to Lea. Ven had always kept his in his pocket, so as far as Lea knew, it didn't matter where it was kept, as long as it was on one's person. Wearing it as a necklace was just convenient. Lea hadn't stopped wearing his like that, though. Somehow, he'd found that the slight weight against his chest had helped him focus.

Now though, even that seems unimportant as he stands there with Elsa, the giddy feeling of the aftermath of their kiss still fluttering around in his chest. Her reaction only makes him chuckle again. Man, this new lightness felt so good. And it was all thanks to her.

He caught himself staring too, her question almost startling him. 'C'mon, Lea, snap out of it, already!', he thought to himself, smile becoming sheepish. "Yeah," he said. "Kind of an apology gift, ya know?" Oh right he needed to get t out, didn't he? "Hang on a second..."

Somewhat reluctantly, he pulled away from her, removing his backpack and setting it down on the floor to open it. From the backpack he pulled a smallish object; it was relatively long and slim, wrapped in a white cloth, and tied with two light blue ribbons to keep the cloth in place. "It's no ice castle or anything," he said as he offered the small bundle to her, "but I hope you like it."

Upon unwrapping the bundle, Elsa would find it contained a single rose, made entirely of glass. Though the stem was slightly thicker than a natural rose's might be, by necessity of being able to support the glass bloom, the leaf and petals displayed a level of detail that was nigh impossible without magic. All the perfect imperfections of a real flower had been magically impressed into the molten glass as it was shaped. And the glittering red petals and green leaf had been edged just slightly with a thin coat of silvery metal, as if they carried just a touch of frost.

After a long moment, Lea spoke again, looking more sheepish than ever. "So... um... what do you think?"
