"Not without asking. It would be impolite." She gestured in emphasis, one hand curling into the 'cut-off' signal. "I'll admit, I often hijack sound systems, but only with approved of CDs... and after an hour, the glovvie's fair game. But asking is important. And so are seatbelts."
Despite her sincerity, she couldn't sound too terribly serious; the situation was too cool to sound anything other than 'stoked.'
