"Exploded . . . great." His tone couldn't have been flatter if Devastator had stepped on it. "I was hoping something normal had happened for once. Like Megatron."
With another growl of frustration - and pain - he levered himself to his feet and half-stomped, half-stumbled over to retrieve his errant wing. And maybe Gunmax's bike. Maybe. He actually kind of liked the Earthbot - plus he was one of McCrane's, which meant something to the Seeker. If nothing else, the oversized two-wheeler could serve as a crutch of sorts. And a materials transport. The impact or some other incident had popped the sidecar loose. Huh. He pulled it out the rest of the way, turning the bike into a three-wheeler. He propped his wing against the body of the bike, outer edge slid down between the seat and inner wall of the sidecar.
"Hey, Legs." Yeah, he could do the nickname thing too. "Stow your stuff in here for now?" He gestured at the sidecar. "Easier than carrying it, and it'd free your arms." In case they needed to fight for some reason. At least, he hoped she could fight. He wasn't scanning any immediate dangers, but that didn't mean there weren't any, and he already knew Ravage wouldn't likely be much help.
