There's such a thing as a DECENT horror flick?

The thought crossed Deckard's mind, but with far more pressing matters, he gave it no more than passing attention. He looked down at Sam at her questions.

"Haven used to be divided into seven regions, ruled by beings calling themselves the First-Forged. Prima was the eldest and most powerful of them, and his temple, his home . . . " He looked at the empty space between peaks, awe and grief in his tone as he pointed. "It was incredible. Beyond beautiful. A massive building with one high tower. The only light in all of Haven besides the distant sun shone from that tower and reached all the way to Megatronus's quadrant in the far north.

"I met Prima once. In that tower. He'd been worried about the Lambda - rightfully, it turned out. He'd even asked my opinion about it. He was . . . it was like standing with a deity. I think . . . I think that's what they were, the First-Forged - minor deities."

A frown darkened his face, worry and maybe even a hint of fear, as he remembered something. "Somewhere in the temple, there was an elevator that went down into the very core of Cybertron. A bunch of us went down there at one time to deal with the Pillar that the Lambda had dropped on us. That's a story for another time, though Bulkhead and Thundercracker could tell you about it too. Thundercracker came out of that one the worst of all of us." He shook his head, pushing that mess aside. "If that shaft is exposed now . . . and the Miasma's gotten into it . . . "

Suddenly, he's hurrying forward, anxious to find that shaft!
