Predaking still wasn't sure what to make of this place, as a whole, but he was slowly growing more comfortable with the differences and similarities to the Cybertron he knew. Sure, he missed his kin and he even found himself missing the Autobots that weren't present here, the ones that he had come to respect, but there were individuals here that had made him feel welcome; that had treated him like more than a monster.

And for that, he was grateful.

It was one of the many occasions that the beast king had been out flying that he found himself crossing over the Eastern ruins, the dragon circling a few times before tucking his wings and spiraling downward, landing not far from one of the bridges. His gaze swept over the area then the bridge himself, lingering there as he felt an odd air about the place.

An old air.

His tail lashed and he tucked his wings as he opted to stick to the ground for the time being, slowly making his way away from the bridge to explore further, though wary of the misma where it lurked as he went.

She had....no clue what she was doing. She'd seen Lea use the Gateway before, but she really hadn't seen how It wasn't hard to use, but that didn't mean she knew how to get it to take her where she wanted. She stepped through the swirling blue-green energies and found herself near a massive bridge. Well...this certainly wasn't where Lea lived.

With a huff she stands there looking rather dejected for a long moment. Instead of going back to open the Gateway again, though, she started to walk out across the bridge, just to walk, just to do something she knew wouldn't fail.

It was the sight of the swirling colorful mass that had Predaking pause, the dragon peering through narrowed optics at the oddity only to flare as someone stepped through. There was only a moment of pause before recognition hit him and he began to turn around completely as the small organic walked out onto the bridge.

"Jendayi?"

She jumped at the voice, relaxing when she realized they knew her name. And then she turned and apotted Predaking and her look turned to one of gaping awe. "Hello Predaking," she said almost automatically as she started towards him. She wasn't afraid, he was kind to her the last they spoke, once she'd convinced him she wasn't behind his being here.

She walked up to him, gazing slack-jawed at the giant stanting over here. "You're a lot bigger than I thought you'd be." C'mon, big guy, put your head or a hand out where she can touch you. Please?

He always got a bit of a thrill out of the way others seemed so in awe of him, a pleased feeling bubbling up inside him as a rumble escaped him.

"Many say that when I meet them in person," he mused, lowering his head down to her level, optics dimming in a gentle manner.

Go ahead, little one. He doesn't mind.

She steps right up to him, in awe but unafraid as she reaches out to slide a hand along his metal snout. If he'll let her she'll walk around beside him, hand sliding up his jaw. "Wow. You're so amazing..." See'll walk the length of him like this if he'll allow it, a tiny hand training down his neck, over a shoulder, down his side, over his hip, and all the way to the tip of his tail. She'll come bounding excitedly back to the front of him, the biggest grin on his face. Oh yes, fatigue and worry have been completely forgotten for now.

"Heehee! You're so beautiful!" That is the sound of a child's utter delight, Predaking.

There is something so interesting about her curiosity and interest, the beast king allowing her to touch as she pleases, a slight shudder going through him as various sensitive areas light up on his sensors. It was rare for any to touch him in a manner such as this, Predaking far use to being attacked rather than explored, so to speak.

It's nice.

A soft rumbling laugh of sorts escapes the dragon and he lifts his head when she bounds back around, giving her a pleased look.

"You are quite kind, small one."

She's about as giddy as can be. "May I see your wings? Can you really fly?"

How's it feel to have someone be so utterly...unafraid? She's already moving back to one side again to try to see his great wings.

"Yes, and yes, little one," the dragon rumbled, pleased that there was no fear coming from her. It was a rare experience, one that he was more than happy to be having and he didn't hesitate to push himself up to stand, wings spreading out once he was sure he would not harm her.

"Eee!" She does an excitedly happy little dance when he spreads his wings. "Oh wow! Oh wow! That's so amazing!"

She steps forward, aiming to touch a wing if he'll let her, because wow! Wings! "I can't wait until I'm older. Papa says I'll be able to fly someday."

Predaking carefully lowers his wings a bit, folding them inward to allow her to touch as a surprised snort escapes him, optics flickering curiously.

"You have the ability to fly?" he murmured, fascinated by this little organic even more than he already had been.

"Not yet," she admitted as she pet at his wing. "Papa says I will someday, though, if I keep practicing."

She steps back around by his head, beaming up at him. "I can control air!" Please believe her. The other flier she talked to didn't believe her.

The dragon's head tilted as he tried to make sense of what she was saying. Controlling an element was not something he had ever heard of an organic being able to do. Then again, he hadn't met many organics or spent much time on their planet.

Perhaps there was more to them than even the Cybertrons knew.

"You...are you human, small one? Or something else?" he asked, curiosity in his gaze.

"I'm half humnan." She didn't have a problem admitting this to him. "My daddy was human, my mommy was j'har. Papa says I got my ability from my mommy. See?"

She wanted to show off. She wanted to feel strong and important and impressive to someone who struck her as strong and important and impressive. And so at 'see' she tilted her head back and let go. Air swirls around her, ruffling at her hair and clothes, picking up small stones and dust. She presses her lips together and concentrates, the air moving the dust and rocks into a moving, flying shape. As more matter is added the form becomes more detailed...until it's clear she's made a small, moving image of Predaking in his dragon form. When it lands it collapses in a pile of dust and pebbles, and Jendayi huffs out a breath. That took a lot of concentration.

But then she's beaming up at him again. Did he like the show? Does he approve?

Oh, he definitely liked it. Actually, he's rather amazed at the moment, optics wide as he stares down at her--at the pile that had once been her creation. He had never witnessed something like that and he was a bit awed by her and her abilities.

Organics truly were much more interesting than he was lead to believe.

"That was quite amazing, small one," he murmured, just how impressed he was obvious in his voice and the beast king lowered his head, leaning in slightly to nudge her. "You are quite talented. I have never seen anything like that before."

OOOOooooo! You've done it now! You've done it now!! That light nudge will have her flopping over his snout to hug. This is SO COOL!

"Thank you. That really means a lot to me."

She's just going to lay on his face a moment longer before reluctantly pulling back.

And because I gotta toss my little girl at him too.
