Welcome to a New World [Open Log]
WHO: Everyone involved in Game Start
WHAT: Waking up after the explosion
WHERE: Well . . . that's for you guys to figure out, isn't it?
WHEN: Now
WARNINGS: None but what you bring with you
NOTES: Be sure to reply in your respective group thread.
At first, there is nothing. Without warning, agony erupts – a twisting, burning sensation that leaves you sure you’re about to be torn apart, but then it subsides to a sharp ache. The nothingness has taken on a purple-black appearance, shifting and flowing around you.
You’re lying on your back, and the pressure is immense. If you breathe, you feel like you’re suffocating. You struggle to sit up, to get the pressure off you. You strain and fight . . . and suddenly the mists flow off and away, taking the pressure with them. You sit up and look around.
You’re not in Kansas anymore.
Misty purple-black “bubbles” on the ground around you burst and flow off from other bodies, disappearing down into the ground and revealing familiar faces.
Wherever you are, at least you’re not here alone.

LEARN THE MEASNING OF PERSONAL SPACE SENTINEL
"Back off." He grunts, and takes that hand, firmly plants it on Sentinel's head, or whatever is easiest to reach, and shoves him off his chest. You're rude to him, he can be rude back. He finally manages to sit up and that's when he registers Drift is there as well. He pushes himself to his feet, finally.
"Other than feelin' like I went five rounds with Megatron, fine." He says in answer to Drift. "You okay?" He glances at Sentinel as well with the question, then looking around at their surroundings. He's not worried about the wounds, his boon from Solus should take care of, he hopes.
Where the heck were they?
FUCK THAT IT'S TIME FOR A GROUP HUG
Drift honestly had no idea of he was actually okay or not, he's a little distracted by being mildly freaked out. He decides that poking around at Sentinel and making sure he's okay is a good distraction.
"How the hell did we get here?"
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
After a few seconds, Blurr's police turbox Frank comes out of nowhere and decides he wants to sit in Sentinel's lap. It's kind of horribly ironic how he'd originally taken Frank to let him go back in their own universe and they're in the sort of area where he would've left him. RoboPETA be damned. It's Frank that finally snaps him out of it.
"We're not-- ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The fragging First Forged had one damn job and they couldn't even do that right? All they had to do was... Liege said..."
That's a horrible feeling of despair washing over him. At least he can ignore the other two and pretend he's not feeling feelings by checking Frank over for any injuries.
GROUP HUG! /bearhugs both
Bulkhead meanwhile is quick to point angry finger at Sentinel, feeling defensive of the Forged, after all the scrap they went through.
"The FirstForged did their job and were sendin' people home. At least they were there unlike that fraggin' traitor, Liege." He pauses as Sentinel's word sink in. "Don't tell me you were stupid enough to listen to that fragger!"
YAY
PLEASE say you weren't that stupid Sentinel.
no subject
He pinches the bridge of his 'nose' and sighs heavily. "I'm not talking about this with you, I saw how quickly you were to decide he was a cowardly traitor and that dying in some pointless fight was so much more important." Gosh, he's certainly being incredibly over defensive. Wonder what that could mean.
...Yeah, he was stupid enough. "Doesn't fragging matter, anyway. Nothing worked." All said while staring intently at Frank, who's panting happily and wagging his tail at the attention.
no subject
Pointless?!" His eys narrow and he balls his hands into fists. If Drift doesn't stop him, he's going to swing to punch Sentinel. Making sure he misses Frank, though.
"Just because me and others didn't side with the fraggin' chaos bringer and world destroyer? And for your information, it was a battle we fraggin' won in the end. So yeah, Liege was a coward for running to the enemy insteada helping with a plan that worked!" He glares at him as he takes vents to calm down. What an idiot!
no subject
"Calm down, the last thing we need right now is a fight!" As much as he wants to tell Sentinel he's a MORON, getting everyone to chill the fuck out takes priority.
no subject
Of course he's pissed off but... "I'm not fighting anyone." ...Sentinel's going for the annoying '''''moral high ground''''' after siding with Space Satan.
He backs away from them both, one hand over his cracked cheek and the other palm up towards them, "I don't expect you'd care to hear my reasoning anyway if your first instinct is to punch anything you don't like."
no subject
He stops back at a respectful distance, not wanting to end up in the middle of three giant robots if they started fighting. "Greetings, friends."
no subject
"What were your reasons, then?" He's calmed down pretty well, at least till his sensors tell him something's approaching, and then tbe voice. He swings around to look at...what the pit is that? Definitely not human.
"And who're you?" He's eyeing those flying discs things too, wondering if they're a threat.
no subject
creepy looking
whatever that guy is.
And his little drones. Drift reaches for a sword instinctively, but they don't seem to be in his scabbards. So much for that. He'll just let Bulkhead do the talking and turn his attention back to Sentinel.
"Sentinel. Are you okay?" Drift will nag him later, after he's sure his face isn't going to fall off or something.
no subject
"M'fine. Had worse." Though, surprisingly, that's the first time someone's punched him in the face for being an idiot douchebag. He appreciates Drift not also punching him though, that's always a plus. "I think Bulkhead scared the Turbofox."
Which he's STILL INTENT ON NOT LETTING GO. Thankfully, it likes the attention and isn't trying to scratch his face off or whatever.
The Drift and Sentinel Comedy Hour thread
"I won't deny that I'm disappointed, but I don't doubt that your intentions were good. Why did you do it, Sentinel?"
just what everyone wanted
There's also a load of bullshit about not trusting the First Forged as far as he could throw them, but Sentinel being Sentinel instead chooses to word his choice in a way that makes it sound even worse and more selfish than it initially was. Clap clap clap.
i would watch it
Yeah good job Sentinel real manly there. Don't Mind Drift he's just going to poke and prod at your face for a moment.
why would you do that to yourself
He flinches slightly at the touch. Because Drift's hands are cold, not because it hurts or anything b-baka..... "At least Liege was honest about his intentions to abandon us after we got through the Lambda."
i love suffering
Look he's just worried about you you big dumb megachin'd idiot. "Liege wouldn't have protected you. Going with him only would have delayed the inevitable, and you know it."
me too
lets suffer together
sob
weep

And Bulk can deal with goat man over here for now.
Oh boy
"Guardian, huh?" Guardians he said, great. There's more like him some where. But those drones are interesting, while not a threat, they were made of Cybertronian alloys. Also, he's glad to know that power is still there.
"Answer me this, Galos. What're you doin' with Cybertronian alloy made things and where the frag are we.
no subject
He motions at the skyline behind him. "I'm simply here to welcome you, and to show you a quick way to the city if you desire."
no subject
"Yeah? ...and what's the catch?" They got injured here, , and he's still a little suspicious.
no subject
He shakes his head. "No catch. People arrive from time to time and we try to see they receive information, a place to stay, a way to communicate, and if necessary medical attention."
no subject
"Right." Sure, he'll take it fir now, but have to admit this is all suspicious. "Definitely looks like ya got more than just temples and a couple other buildings."
no subject
He just shrugs. What can he say? He's telling the truth, not his problem you came from another Cybertron and can't accept that this one is different.
