Meet the Medic [Open Log]
Who: The city's medic and mechanic...and all those who want their injuries tended.
What: The city medic doing what he can for all the new arrivals who've just been through an explosion.
Where: Hospital, located in the Northwest of the city
When: Shortly after arrival. Galos will bring everyone to the city, and show the injured to the hospital. The good medic here will care for any who come in. Don't worry, he can care for Cybertronians too.
Warnings: Only what your characters bring with them.
The hospital is quite large, located in the midst of various houses and apartments. One side is clearly designed for the organic residence, with nice sliding doors opening into a foyer and waiting area. Halls stretch off to the right to various exam rooms where the resident doctor and his apprentices can check on the sick. Down another hall are hospital rooms for those who require an extended stay.
The other side is designed for the robotic residents. The front part is a large garage, which leads to a waiting area. Past that are repair bays with with tables, each repair bay is stocked with tools. The mechanic teams range from human to Cybertronian.
Whether organic or robotic, all those who come to the hospital will see the Paian, the head medic and mechanic.
Paian looked to be nothing more than a normal human plucked out of some Victorian era, steampunk world. Large green goggled hung around his neck and large leather gloves were tucked behind a wide belt. There's nothing really fancy about his dress, he's dressed to work. He's a big guy, and a no-nonsense doctor. Those who come to see him may not his worried frown as he ushers them back to get settled where he can start to work to take care of those injuries.

Mind if Lea pops in? :3
Thus Lea had headed over there, Potion in his pocket, to see if he could talk to someone about that. After looking around briefly, he heard human-sounding voices coming from around the next corner, and started to greet whoever was there almost before he saw them. "Hey there, I was wondering if I could talk to-" He stopped abruptly though, as he recognized one half of the pair, eyes widening in surprise. "Elsa?"
Not at all!
If Lea's intrrruption surprised him, it didn't show. He easily shifted to address this young man's questions...only his questions were conpletely derailed by the young lady. He smiles and will shift back a bit to let the two reunit. He won't go far so long as an emergency did't come in, since he already knows this fiery youth had questions for him.
1/2 I NEVER MIND 8,D
"Thank you." she manages, the sheer embarrassment shining through a little bit.
2/2
Her feelings seized up in the pit of her chest, and for a second, she couldn't speak. The last time she'd seen him, she'd said her goodbyes. Even then---she'd changed in the time she'd been gone. She saved her sister, saved Arendelle. Became a more confident ruler.
As far as she knew, she was helping her sister pick out wedding dresses just yesterday, and thought that she was okay with it. Apparently not.
Lea, prepare for hugs. Because you're getting a hug. A really, big, hug.

And quite happy to return it, despite the fact that it made a few of the bruises he'd gotten from his rough arrival complain. He rested his cheek gently against her hair, becoming aware as he took a relieved breath that she smelled like fresh snow, with hints of evergreen. He idly wondered if it was perfume or some unconscious trick of her powers, but decided that it suited her either way.
"Hey," he said softly after a long moment spent just holding each other. "Told you those Wayfinders worked."

"But I never took it off. I guess you're right." she mumbles. Yeah, she's not really letting go. She was still sifting through her emotional overload. She had so much to tell him: about her sister, about what had happened, about how she missed him, about how they were back. Her eyes are all glossy, trying not to cry with happy and at the same time, disappointed that he'd been ripped away from his life like she had. Again.
So she'll just stay there. Leaning on him. He's warm, and it's a nice feeling considering she'd just gotten off the top of a mountain, again, for what feels like the third time in a week. (No doubt, she'd be going right back up it soon too.)

And Lea was perfectly content with Elsa not letting go, and had no intention of doing so himself either. Despite the circumstances that had brought them both here, it felt good. Right. Like he could hold her like this forever and not get tired of it.
He was a bit confused at her words at first, though, until realization hit. "Well," he said, "at least one of us made it home OK, then." He sighed a bit, hoping Sora and Ven had been that lucky too. But he didn't want her to worry about things neither of them could change, so he attempted to shift the topic a bit to something more relevant. "How'd everything go? Are your sister and the kingdom alright now?"
no subject
Nervously she separates from him, in fact, rather embarrassed.
"Sorry, I...what? You didn't---" He didn't make it home, like she had. The floor underneath her feet frosted a little.
"Wh---yes! Yes, I did, she's fine." sheepishly, again, she smiles. The floor crunches underneath her, and she's startled by it. Oh, no, that needs to go. Shuffling her feet to sort of break it up, she finally lets go of him.
"Yes. Arendelle, Anna, they're both just fine, I---I was actually helping her pick out a dress, what seems like only...yesterday." she says shaking her head. Elsa's already plagued with regret for leaving her sister, again, but she'd come back to nothing happening before, she'd go back again, right?
Her lips purse, actually kind of happy, despite the obvious. Taking a page out of Anna's book---
"I. Uh. I missed you." That felt weird actually saying it but yeah. She did. She won't lie.

He shook his head no in confirmation of the answer to her question, but otherwise refrained from further comment on the subject of his trip here for now. She was the one who actually had things to tell, after all.
"A dress, huh?", he said, smiling a bit. He could tell from the tone that this meant more than just giving her fashion tips. "Well, that's always good news." He paused slightly.
"So, did you change your mind about that Hans guy, or...?" He left the question open, privately hoping there was another answer coming. Lea was hardly in position to comment on the love lives of people he'd never met, but what little Elsa had told him about Prince Hans seemed to him to have 'gold digger' written all over it. Elsa had never mentioned another man in her sister's life, though, so he didn't know who else it could be.
"Me too," he said, rubbing the back of his neck a bit sheepishly. "Or at least, I was worried when I came too and you weren't around. I thought that explosion had screwed up the Firstforged's attempt to send us all back somehow and had no idea what might've happened to anyone but me, Wing, and Knockout."
"Definitely glad to see you again in any case," he said. "And if we have to be stuck somewhere again, at least this time it's somewhere nicer than a cluster of temples to mostly-absent demigods and a big junkpile." He gave a bit of an amused smile. Despite the problems this place was currently having, it was much nicer than the Haven they'd known previously.
Editing for length, I did the first one on my break.
She's glad he got her drift regarding dresses; then again, Elsa's still not sure what her feelings are on the matter. Since she's been reunited officially with Anna....well. Elsa missed her terribly, and it shows. Swallowing rather hard she looks almost...disgusted at the mention of Hans.
"That's...a very long story, probably better told somewhere else." she trails off, but not because of disinterest, actually quite the opposite. She's had a bit of an idea, but is hesitant to voice it. Wringing her hands a bit, she clears her throat. Mood whiplash; first Hans now this:
"Perhaps over tea. Or something." again, she trails off. Mumbling somewhat. Embarrassed? Likely. But she'll play it cool, literally.
"If you're not busy. "

His eyes widened and he looked a bit flustered, before pulling himself together. No it wasn't a date. A date required preparation, and fuss, and... stuff. This was just catching up and getting something to eat. Clearly.
Though that did nothing to remove the slight blush from his cheeks as he replied. "Sure, sure, that sounds great," he said. "I haven't really had a chance to get anything to eat yet, and I did pass a restaurant on the way over here. If that's OK with you?"
no subject
It's only been a couple weeks? Months? To her. So yeah. No. Not a date. Just catching up.
You blushed. It's a date. After all, she had no idea how---well. Proper courting happened anyways. Definitely, she thought, a friendly get together.
It most definitely doesn't stop her from smiling at the dusty red on his cheeks.
"Then it sounds like a perfect idea." she adds, because she really does want to sit for something like tea, that might make acclimating a bit more easy.
"I didn't catch sight of it, though. I wanted to make sure the rather large green....robot made it here first." she managed with a small shrug.
And Paian's cue to come back in! :3
"'Green robot', huh?", he repeated. "If you mean Bulkhead, he's fine; I talked to him before I came over. Though if you mean the one with the wings, I haven't seen him. Sorry."
"Though that reminds me," he said, reaching into his coat pocket and pulling out a small glass bottle containing about three swallows worth of bright green liquid and smiling a little sheepishly at having forgotten. "I did come here for a reason, originally. Shouldn't take long, though."
He glanced around, hoping that the older man Elsa had been talking to was still nearby.

When Lea turns towards him he easily turns to face the young man. "What can I help you with?"
no subject
"I was hoping that maybe someone here could analyze it and figure out how to replicate it," he said. "That would solve the little supply and demand problem, as well as be generally helpful, if this healing issue I've heard about proves to be a long-term thing."
no subject
He'll tuck the bottle away, unless Lea protests for some reason. Can't exactly analyze and replicate without the original to start from.
no subject
And with that, he turned back to Elsa. "OK," he said. "Ready to go if you are now."
