Welcome to a New World [Open Log]
WHO: Everyone involved in Game Start
WHAT: Waking up after the explosion
WHERE: Well . . . that's for you guys to figure out, isn't it?
WHEN: Now
WARNINGS: None but what you bring with you
NOTES: Be sure to reply in your respective group thread.
At first, there is nothing. Without warning, agony erupts – a twisting, burning sensation that leaves you sure you’re about to be torn apart, but then it subsides to a sharp ache. The nothingness has taken on a purple-black appearance, shifting and flowing around you.
You’re lying on your back, and the pressure is immense. If you breathe, you feel like you’re suffocating. You struggle to sit up, to get the pressure off you. You strain and fight . . . and suddenly the mists flow off and away, taking the pressure with them. You sit up and look around.
You’re not in Kansas anymore.
Misty purple-black “bubbles” on the ground around you burst and flow off from other bodies, disappearing down into the ground and revealing familiar faces.
Wherever you are, at least you’re not here alone.

GROUP 1
You find yourself on a grassy hillside. Far to the south and west rises a roiling wall of the same purple-black mists that just deposited you here. To the north and east, you'll see a city and what looks like an artificial sun hanging high above it.
Sentinel’s and Drift’s weapons have been flung across the ground. Sentinel is sprawled over Bulkhead’s chest. Thankfully, aside from the battering received from the explosion, you’re not otherwise injured. Now just to figure out where you are.
Keywords relevant, lol!
He also becomes aware of the weight on his chest. He onlines his eyes, taking a minute to get them recalibrated, but eventually gets them to the point that he can tell the weight on his chest is another mech.
"What happened?" He groans out, as he shifts a hand to rub his head and get rid of the disorientation
HURRR
And then he actually spots Bulkhead and Sentinel. Wow ok.
"I... I don't know. Are you okay?"
SAD ROBOT PARTY
Sentinel goes to grab Bulkhead's chin guard to pull his head closer for a better look. Maybe he just hit his head really hard and is hallucinating a weeb and the wrong helm shape. Or maybe Liege was wrong and he's still stuck on this Pit forsaken Cybertron. Please, god, let it be processor damage.
Yelling will happen when he's over his stunned silence. This isn't what he expected at all.
LEARN THE MEASNING OF PERSONAL SPACE SENTINEL
"Back off." He grunts, and takes that hand, firmly plants it on Sentinel's head, or whatever is easiest to reach, and shoves him off his chest. You're rude to him, he can be rude back. He finally manages to sit up and that's when he registers Drift is there as well. He pushes himself to his feet, finally.
"Other than feelin' like I went five rounds with Megatron, fine." He says in answer to Drift. "You okay?" He glances at Sentinel as well with the question, then looking around at their surroundings. He's not worried about the wounds, his boon from Solus should take care of, he hopes.
Where the heck were they?

GROUP 2
You find yourself amidst the crags and lower peaks of the mountains. To the south the higher peaks rise above you, though one large area looks as though a peak has been pull from the range like a rotten tooth from a mouth. To the north is a city and what looks like an artificial sun hanging high above it.
Blurr has sustained a blow to the head that will leave him mildly dizzy and unable to concentrate on complicated tasks. Blurr's firelizard seems okay, though, if perhaps a little flustered by what's just happened.
Rose is draped unceremoniously over Gunmax's face. While Rose's firelizard and datapad spider are with her, her motorcycle, and Gunmax's Gunbike, seem to be missing.
Thankfully, aside from the battering received from the explosion, and Blurr's minor head injury, you’re not otherwise injured. Now just to figure out where you are.
Blurr wants to make a formal complain against the UNIVERSE
His firelizard is chirping and flying in circles in front of him, nervous and trying to understand what is happening. It only makes Blurr more dizzy.]
Ughhhhhnnn....
Rose seconds this!
Soa.... What happened?
THIRDING
[Gunmax had actually been online for a few minutes, but he'd figured he'd sit and let his systems finish booting up before trying to move the human off his face. Seeing as she was awake, though, she could just scoot off herself.
That and he felt like he'd been hit by a truck full of other trucks. Laying around until he didn't feel like he was being smashed seemed like a good idea.]
Oh come now, the universe isn't all that bad.
Are all of you all right?
Blurr disagree, the universe is pretty mean
It likes to toss people around from place to place, the jerk
WHAT A DICK, THAT UNIVERSE
Well excuuuuuse it for saving you from an explosion that should have killed you all. /crosses arms
WELL WE DIDN'T ASK TO BE SAVED THIS WAY, DID WE? щ(゚Д゚щ)
It could have at least done it with less concussions!
JUST SHOW ME TO THE BEER
Fine...beer you shall have.
CAN WE HAVE CANDY TOO?
OH AND ICECREAM!
OMG YOU UNGRATEFUL BRATS!! FINE CANDY, ICE CREAM, AND BEER! HAPPY NOW?!

GROUP 3
You find yourself on the edges of a forest. Trees spread out to either side reaching towards a mountain range in the north and meeting with what looks to be crystal trees in the west. Off to the south and east, a city can be seen with what looks like an artificial sun hanging high above it.
Lea, Knock Out, and Wing are in a heap on the ground. Wing is on the bottom, one wing panel clearly bent out of shape. Knock Out is face down over Wing, and Lea is on his back on top of Knock Out. Lea's Keyblade and Wing's Great Sword are on the ground not far from the pile. Knock Out's firelizard is also there, unharmed.
Thankfully, aside from the battering received from the explosion. and Wing's twisted wing panel, you’re not otherwise injured. Now just to figure out where you are.

Kraaaaaaaa [His firelizard, however, has other ideas. He's flying over them in circles and making noises to wake them up.]
Alright, alright I am awake!!! [Knock Out groans, opening up a tired optic. Then he notices the position he's in and smiles.] Why, hello there Wing....
no subject
What finally stirred him into opening his eyes was the unmistakable smell of trees, something he hadn't smelled since before he'd arrived on Cybertron. He slowly opened his eyes to find that he was indeed staring up at the sky through green leaves. Not Cybertron, then. Which answered where he wasn't, but wasn't much help with regards to where he was.
Turning his head to one side, though, provided a clue, in the form of a very familiar-looking red shoulder. "Knockout?", he said. "The hell happened...?"
no subject
Oh, that voice. He...knows that other voice too. "Lea. Mnn... Could you two...move please?" Yes, he definitely sounds like he's in a lot of pain.

GROUP 4
You find yourself on the edges of a forest of crystal trees. The trees change colors slowly, some showing red, while others are blue, and others yet are purple. The expanse of trees stretches along to meet with a more organic variety of tree towards the northwest, and to the southwest the land spreads out into hills and what looks to be grass. The temperature here is sweltering, threatening to overheat your systems if you get too active. To the east, a city can be seen with what looks like an artificial sun hanging high above it.
Thundercracker is on his back, Gunmax's Gunbike not far from him...along with one of his wings. In the explosion, the massive motorcycle collided with a wing, taking the limb off. Nearby, Blackarachnia is half wrapped around a tree, Ravage tucked up behind her head. Ravage's firelizard is nearby, leaning on Ravage's ball of yarn. Thundercracker's four firelizards have taken refuge in a crystal tree above their owner. Blackarachnia's datapad spider is nearby, and anything she may have had in hand is strewn across the ground.
Thankfully, aside from the battering received from the explosion. and Thundercracker's detached wing, you’re not otherwise injured. Now just to figure out where you are.
Re: GROUP 4
The missing wing may be Thundercracker's only damage of note, but . . . uh . . . that's quite enough, thank you very much. Between shock and sheer disorientation, the Seeker's not moving, and about all that can be heard from him is a pained groan.
Owwwww...
Re: GROUP 4
She started to stir a few moments after Thundercracker did and was not happy with where she was coming back to reality at. This was not home and these were definitely not Maximals or Predacons.
She glanced around, noting her stuff scattered everywhere. Canisters, blueprints and various weaponry. She had been loaded to the nines when they had gathered and just wanted to get the slag home.
As for the data spider, it came wandering back to her just as she tried to shove Ravage off of her and untangle herself from the tree.
"That definitely did NOT go as planned."
Re: GROUP 4
"Ow...." That hurt. Well not the shoving exactly, but the explosion, landing in an awkward way, and then being shoved hurt. Did anyone get the license plate of that truck? Because it sure felt like he got hit by one.
His firelizard comes over to him and he opens an optic. "O, hai Star..." And then he catches a glimpse of the tree branches above him. "Oooo... Pretty!" And his mood completely changes.
LOL Sorry, BA...you'd not really been on his radar before now...
A quick glance revealed Ravage, five firelizards, What's-Her-Name the spider femme (she was a scientist of some kind, wasn't she?), and . . .
"Remind me to thank that hotshot Earthbot." He'd lost one or both wings more than once in his life by a few different means, but traumatic amputation by MOTORCYCLE was definitely a new one.
Numbers, Screamer, Sky, and Cracker finally glided down from their perches, circling about the Seeker. Numbers landed on his shoulder, sniffing and whining at the rent connections from his severed wing. The trine flitted over to the wing itself, landing to paw at it and chirp at him in distress.
"Yeah, I'll live. I said I'm fine," he asserted, waving off their concern. He turned to Ravage and . . . Black-wrack-something? "You two okay? Ravage? What happened?"

GROUP 5
You find yourself amongst the snowcaps of a mountain range. The snow is deep, hiding craggy formations in a deceptive blanket of white. To the south and west, a city can be seen with what looks like an artificial sun hanging high above it.
Jadewing is leaned against a sharp rock formation. In the explosion, a human's motorcycle slammed into his wing. While Jadewing is a large Cybertronian, even a small human vehicle was enough to painfully loosen the connections of the wing; it will hang at an awkward angle until repaired. Nearby, Deckard is half buried in the snow, his lower body covered. Elsa is curled up over his chest.
Thankfully, aside from the battering received from the explosion. and Jadewing's damaged wing, you’re not otherwise injured. Now just to figure out where you are.
no subject
Sitting up to escape this, however, only made him hiss in pain as the support was removed from his left wing. Aside from being as battered and dented as the rest of him, it was noticeably and painfully askew. A cursory glance at the ground nearby revealed the culprit; a motorcycle that had been blown into him by.... whatever the frag had caused that explosion.
He growled. That was the last time he trusted a demigod not to frag things up. He was supposed to be helping build a new Cybertron, not getting blown half to scrap and winding up... where the Pit was he anyway?
A look around revealed nothing familiar about the terrain. He was on a mountaintop somewhere, the ground around him covered with snow. To the southwest, a city was visible, but with his wing injured, getting there was going to be a glitch.
The look around also revealed that he wasn't alone, though. Not far away, another mech, mostly dark blue, lay half buried in the snow. A vaguely familiar-looking human female lay sprawled across the mech's chest. Both of them were still offline. Jadewing sighed. "Just fragging wonderful," he grumbled to himself. Nothing to do now, though, except wait.
no subject
He shifts with a groan and starts to sit up when one more piece of data registers - there's a weight on his chest, a roughly human-shaped one. The cameras in his eyes finally power up, and he looks down at himself. "Ah!" He tries not to dislodge the slender young woman as he works an arm free from . . . snow? Snow. Wow, deep snow. Works one arm free from the snow to get his hand around her to support her as he sits up slowly. Damn . . . she'll freeze out here if he doesn't do something.
Where . . . where is "here", anyway?
He spots a somewhat familiar - ?? - looking . . . he looks like Thundercracker, only green. His fellow Haven police officer had talked about another of his own having arrived a while back. "Jade . . . wing? Jadewing? Are you all right?"
He would worry about where they were in a moment. Companions' wellbeing always came first in his mind.
no subject
hurr hurr) but not completely unconscious. In her sleep she's clinging onto whatever it is that's holding her. What even is holding her? Finally fluttering awake, she flinches, minor bruising and such finally registering. Ow. Also, metal. Metal?
Oh.
This wasn't normal. Was she trapped? Where was she? The panic begins to pool and turn into ice, freezing the surfaces of Deckard's hand and chest. He's not squishing her though, she's being held.
"What's going on? P-Please, let me down!"
no subject
The other mech then glanced his way, seeming to recognize him. Now that Jadewing thought about hit, the blue mech looked kinda familiar too. What was his name? Placard, or something...?
"I'll live," Jadewing replied with a bit of a sigh. "Won't be flying anywhere for awhile though; left wing's fragged up. Got hit by a motorcycle." He glanced at the offending object with a withering glare, as though it had somehow damaged him on purpose, before turning his gaze back to the other mech. "How about you... Deckard, right?"
Their conversation, such as it was apparently woke the human too. Good, she wasn't dead. It was hard to tell with squishies; they were fragile, and didn't always show damage the way a mech would. And a dead human would be extremely awkward to explain, given his allegiance.
He blinked, though, when he saw the ice crystallizing on Deckard's hand and chest. It was cold here, yeah, but it wasn't that cold. Focusing in slightly revealed that it wasn't the environment that was causing the ice build up, though. So it was that human. Interesting...
"What's going on is that something got fragged up while the First Forged were trying to send you guys back where you came from," Jadewing replied. "There was some kind of explosion, and the next thing I know, we're here. Wherever 'here' is."
"And you might want to do as she says, before she accidentally freezes your joints," he added to Deckard. "Something tells me she'll be alright in the snow."
LOL yeah, I'd meant to comment on the irony of Deckard's concern for Elsa XD;;;
