It is not time for mirth and laughter
Who: Elsa and Sam.
What: A social call, the morning after the bonfire party.
When: Mid-morning.
Where: Elsa's apartment.
Warnings: Probably a little language.
Sam had a decent education, having spent three pretty productive years at the University of Alberta. She'd studied, she'd socialized, and she'd participated in every karaoke event on or in earshot of campus from week one... so she knew there were certain things to be done---not out of duty, but decency---following... festivities.
Checking up on anyone who had been especially uninhibited was just one of those things. Someone had to ensure the people in need were properly provisioned; without parents present, it fell to friends, and so Sam knocked at the door to Elsa's apartment.
"Hello?"
The adept shifted the bag she'd brought to her other hand and knocked again, insistent.
"Anybody up?"

Where was she?
Oh that's right; this is home.
Snapping to attention, the door sounds again, and she can now tell that it's Sam. Sam, who had heard everything she'd told her and witnessed her intoxicated.
Biting her bottom lip, she's not sure she wants to get out of bed. With a quick fleeting gesture, she materializes something more than just a nightgown.
"A moment! A moment, please, I'll....I'll be right there." Was she presentable? Elsa supposed it didn't matter now, she was all but rowdy and full of fun last night...
She doesn't have a decent moment to pull her hair back, so you get Elsa at her bed-best, Sam. The door is fiddled with, she's still figuring it out, and she' finally wrenches it open.
"Excuse me, Sam. I'm so sorry..." whether or not she's apologizing for fighting with the door, or her behavior last night is undetermined.
